Coffee (Coffea canephora)

Coffee is a beverage brewed from roasted ground coffee beans. Dark-colored and bitter, coffee has a stimulating effect on humans due to its caffeine content; however decaffeinated coffee is also commercially available. There are also various coffee substitutes.
