Dendrobium is a huge group of orchids, over a thousand species, that people have used in traditional medicine for centuries. Researchers combed through decades of studies and found 549 distinct chemical compounds in these plants, including 99 that had never been documented before, and these compounds show promise for things like boosting immunity, protecting the liver and brain, and fighting inflammation.
